Shipping Information
We ship to Japan, the United States, and Singapore. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Japan Delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over ¥10,000. A flat shipping fee of ¥800 applies to orders under ¥10,000.
United States Delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Singapore Delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Lani & Koa purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@laniandkoa.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that international returns may take additional time to process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
